Last updated: 14 October 2026
DWANZ TRAINING CLUB (ABN 92 772 775 560), "we" or "us", respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our 1:1 coaching, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact: dwanzfit@gmail.com
1. What we collect
When you apply for coaching on this website: your name, email address and phone number, and your answers to the application (your goal, your current training and nutrition, why it matters to you, your budget, when you want to start and how you found us).
If you become a 1:1 coaching client: questionnaire answers, including any injuries or health conditions you tell us about; bodyweight, measurements and progress photos you submit in your check-ins; training you log (exercises, sets, reps, weights) and food you log; and messages you send us.
If you buy a digital guide: your name, email address and payment details. Payments and delivery are handled by Payhip and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Some of this is health information, which the law treats as sensitive. We only collect it with your consent, and only to coach you.
Technical information: our website provider may collect basic device and usage information (such as browser type and pages visited) so the site works properly.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information to: review your application and contact you about coaching; deliver a digital guide you bought, and help with any problem accessing it; build your training program and meal plan, review your check-ins and adjust your plan; communicate with you about your coaching; process payments and keep records we are required to keep (including for tax); and send you updates or offers from DWANZ TRAINING CLUB, but only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
We don't sell your personal information, and we never share your progress photos or results publicly without your written permission.
3. Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services we use to run the coaching:

Our payment provider: processes coaching payments.
Our accountant or advisers: tax and legal obligations.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the United Kingdom. We use providers with recognised security practices, but overseas laws may differ from Australian law. By applying for or using our coaching you consent to your information being stored and processed overseas by these providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How we keep it safe
Your information is stored in the secure systems of the providers above, and only we can see your coaching data. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
Applications that don't go ahead: deleted within 12 months.
Payment and tax records: kept for 5 years, as required by Australian tax law.
Coaching data and photos: kept while you are a client, then deleted or de-identified within 12 months after your coaching ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your rights
